amazon.frFrom time to time I read books in French in order to keep my knowledge of the language somewhat fresh. I recently enjoyed reading L’Enigme des Blancs-Manteaux : Enquête dans le Paris du XVIIIe siècle by Jean-François Parot, a mystery novel set in 18th century France under the Ancien Régime. It is the first of a series of six novels by the same author, “Les enquêtes de Nicolas Le Floch, commissaire au Châtelet.”
