Miscellaneous fallen debris from trees, at about 12:34 p.m.

I planted parsnip seeds in May 2009. Many of the seeds germinated, but ultimately none of the plants produced roots worth picking as vegetables at the end of the season. Three of the plants survived the winter and came up again in 2010. One survived last winter and is now about four feet tall, but there is no sign that the root is going to look like a parsnip.

The video doesn’t mention anything about type of fibre, but I imagine that if one is going to wash clothes in the hotel room sink while traveling, it would be better to have synthetic fibres such as nylon or polyester. I’d rather wear cotton clothing on the airplane and maybe bring a few synthetic-fibre items as extra clothing. If there were to be a fire on the plane, not that I’ve ever experienced one!, synthetic fibres might melt.
